Hello! My name is Monica Young, also known as MoYo.

I’m a professional fitness trainer and weight loss coach who loves tacos and dark beer, hates working out in a gym, and believes every weight loss program should include lots of fun and small indulgences that make you happy.

I teach beginners (and begin-again-ers) how to have fun moving your body, how to eat for energy and vitality, and how to nurture your soul with self-love and self-care.

Ultimately, all of my work is about helping women develop realistic and healthy lifestyle habits – one small step at a time – so you can lose weight and feel great – without starvation, deprivation, or extremes.

My superpower is that I can give you a hug and a kick in the pants at the same time, and I use my superpower for good…  to help women feel comfortable and confident, healthy, and strong – from the inside out!
