I am Monica Young, also known as MoYo.

I am a Personal Trainer and Health Coach – truly the best job in the world because I get to help people get happy, healthy, and fit by teaching them about exercise, nutrition, and mindset.
I’m a mentor, a mama bear, a cheerleader, and every once in a while, a shoulder to cry on. I also give hugs and kicks in the butt – sometimes at the same time.

I am a daughter, sister, wife, and proud mother to a spoiled little fur-baby named Millie.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of class and small group training because you encourage us to push ourselves. You create a fun and safe atmosphere for people to work out in. Who ever knew that you could laugh your way back into your “skinny” jeans – and after having a baby, that is good news!

I have served in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for over 20 years, and during that time I have helped thousands of people reach their fitness, wellness, and weight loss goals.

I’m not interested in quick fixes, secret solutions, or magic bullets.

I am interested in real-life nutrition, realistic exercise, and positive mindset. I teach baby steps one-at-a-time to help you develop new habits (and break some old ones) so that you can maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle for the long haul.

When I’m not taking things seriously,

I am usually snuggling with my fur-baby and a book, hiking or camping with my hubby, playing cards or Mahjong with my mom and aunts, or enjoying some quality walk-n-talk time with a friend. I love motivational quotes, Taco Bell, road trips, StandUp Paddleboarding, all kinds of music, dogs, murder mysteries, and any opportunity to have an impromptu dance party in my living room!
