I’m now less focused on pounds lost and more on how I’m feeling and fitting into clothes. I feel more peppy – where before I felt down. I’m down to ½ a pill for blood pressure and I have more energy to do things like gardening (whis is going nicely) and cleaning out the garage. I’m eating better now. I haven’t conquered the unhealthy eating – yet. But I’ve learned its 1. a process and 2. it’s something to work on for the rest of my life. I’m going to keep at this.
I was overweight and needed to get more energy and less boredom. I chose this program for one the price, and the exposure to different forms of exercise. It was fun!I am smaller in size, my clothes fit & feel better. I sleep better and have more energy. Yes!
I was disgusted with myself and very much depresed! I hated to look at myself in the mirror. I never bought new clothes. I felt this would be the perfect motivation to get me going in the right direction.
Now, I’m lighter, happier, healthier and people can see it. Nothing makes me happier than to have someone say “girl, you are losing so much weight!” I love that.
